Ellen J. Staurowsky, Ed.D., is a full Professor in Sports Media at the Roy H. Park School of Communications, Ithaca College. Her research focuses on social justice issues in sport, including gender equity, pay equity, college athletes' rights, and representation of marginalized groups in sports media.
