Suzy Welch is a Clinical Professor of Management and Organizations at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University, where she joined the faculty in 2022. She teaches two acclaimed courses: ‘Becoming You: Crafting the Authentic Life You Want and Need’ and ‘Managing with Purpose.’ She also directs the NYU | Stern Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing, a research and practice community dedicated to advancing authentic meaning in professional and personal life.
