Thomai Serdari is a Clinical Associate Professor of Marketing and Academic Director of the MBA Business: Luxury & Retail specialization at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University. She has been teaching at NYU since 2004 and joined Stern in 2012. Her interdisciplinary expertise bridges business, art, design, and culture.

Her recent publications examine cultural innovation in luxury startups, the role of cultural intelligence in fashion, and case studies on Hermès and STEIDL. These works reflect a consistent trend of blending cultural depth with strategic business insight, particularly in high-end creative industries.
