Univ.-Prof. Dr. Susanne Augenhofer is a full-time professor at the University of Innsbruck's Institute for Corporate and Tax Law, specializing in Corporate Law. She holds additional visiting professorships at LUISS in Rome (2025), NYU School of Law (2023/24), and Columbia Law School (2016). She is a Co-Chair of the Austrian Hub of the European Law Institute (ELI) and a member of the European Commission's Consumer Policy Advisory Group (CPAG). Her research focuses on consumer law, competition law, European private law, and the digital age's legal challenges.
