Susan Field

Susan Field serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Leadership, Research, and Foundations at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs College of Education while concurrently holding the position of Assistant Superintendent for Learning Services in Academy District 20. With over 35 years of experience in public education, she bridges academic instruction with K-12 district leadership across Colorado Springs.
