Walt Cooper

Walt Cooper, PhD, is a Lecturer in the Department of Leadership, Research, and Foundations at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). He holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, an M.Ed. in Educational Administration from Fort Hays State University, and a B.S. in Physical Education from the University of Northern Colorado.
