Steven Peterec, MD, is a Professor of Pediatrics (Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine) at Yale University School of Medicine. He serves as Director of the Pediatric Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) Program and Associate Director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital (YNHCH). His clinical and research expertise focuses on neonatal cardiorespiratory disease, ECMO therapy, and fetal care consultations. Dr. Peterec is affiliated with the Fetal Care Center, Neonatal Transport Program, and Newborn Special Care Unit.
