Stephanie Sisco

Stephanie Sisco is an Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota's Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development (OLPD). Her research focuses on how social issues like race and inequality shape workplace learning and development for professionals of color. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota, an M.S.Ed. from Northern Illinois University, and a B.A. from the University of California, Davis.

Key research areas include diversity management, race-conscious JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion), and career development strategies for marginalized groups. Dr. Sisco advocates for equitable workforce practices, challenging systemic barriers faced by racial minorities.
