Meg Fitzgerald-Sisk

Meg Fitzgerald-Sisk is a Lecturer in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development at the University of Minnesota. She holds a Ph.D. in Work and Human Resource Education from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in Ancient History (Egyptology) from the University of Chicago. Her research focuses on faculty development in higher education and effective instructional design across educational levels. She emphasizes interactive, experiential learning in her courses on project management and futuring within the undergraduate Business Management Education (BME) and Human Resource Development (HRD) programs.

Meg has over 20 years of experience in HRD across business and educational sectors, enabling her to analyze teacher/trainer preparation across preschool to graduate levels. Her research also examines innovative pedagogical strategies and futuring trends in education.
