Timothy Fitzgerald is a Visiting Associate Professor at the Rawls College of Business, Texas Tech University, specializing in Natural Resource Economics and Energy Economics. He currently chairs the Physical Infrastructure Subcommittee of the Energy and Environmental Markets Advisory Committee at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Previously, he served as Senior Economist and Chief International Economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisers (2017-2018).
