Jonathan Stuart is Senior Lecturer in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development at University of Minnesota. He holds a PhD (UMN), MA in Adult Education (UMN), TEFL certification (Hamline University), and BA (Concordia University).
Research and teaching focus:
- Workplace conflict resolution systems
- Cross-cultural leadership development
- International human resource practices
- Vocational education pedagogy
With 25+ years' experience, he has consulted for 100+ organizations globally. International work includes:
- Fulbright Scholar at Universidad de San Carlos (Guatemala)
- Teaching at National University of Education (South Korea)
- Skills program implementation in South Africa
Awards: Robert Beck Fellowship, MN Teacher of the Year, Fulbright. Teaches undergraduate courses in adult education, training, and nonprofit leadership.
