Kristine Kelly is the ATLAS Language and Literacy Coordinator at Hamline University, where she focuses on advancing literacy instruction and English Language Arts (ELA) standards in adult education. With expertise in curriculum development and implementation of the College and Career Readiness Standards (CCRS), she serves as the Minnesota CCRS Implementation Cohort Lead and spearheads the adoption of CCR ELA standards statewide.

Kristine has spent 21 years in Minnesota Adult Basic Education (ABE), working with Metro South and Robbinsdale ABE on GED preparation, adult and under-21 diploma programs, and postsecondary transitions. She frequently presents at program, regional, and national levels, consults with ABE state leadership, and collaborates with software and publishing companies to align instructional materials with CCRS. Her work also includes piloting college-prep partnerships with Hennepin Technical College and Normandale Community College, as well as overseeing large-scale online curriculum projects.
