Patsy Egan, PhD serves as the ATLAS (ABE Teaching and Learning Advancement System) Director at Hamline University, where she has been an Adjunct Professor since 2002. She holds a BA in Russian Language from the University of Nebraska, an MA in English as a Second Language, and a PhD in Curriculum & Instruction (Second Languages & Cultures) from the University of Minnesota.
