Rand Park

Rand Park is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. He teaches courses on Business Ethics, Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability, and Ethics and Leadership, while serving as Program Director for the Public and Nonprofit Management Co-Major. With a PhD in Organizational Leadership, Policy & Development from the University of Minnesota and a JD from Hamline University School of Law, his expertise spans business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and higher education policy.

• Education: PhD (University of Minnesota, 2018), JD (Hamline University School of Law, 1993), BA and MA in English (University of Georgia, 1987 & 1990)

His career includes roles in corporate relations, fundraising, and law, with board memberships at HealthPartners, Inc. (1997-2002) and the Better Business Bureau Foundation of MN and ND. He holds NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses and is a member of the Minnesota Bar.
