Joshua Collins is an Associate Professor and Director of Undergraduate Studies at the University of Minnesota's Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development department. His research focuses on challenges faced by racial, ethnic, gender, and sexual minorities in learning and work environments, employing critical theories like feminist, critical race, and queer perspectives to critique HRD discourse. He holds an Ed.D. from Florida International University and degrees from Texas A&M University.
