Dr. Stella M. Flores holds the John E. Cawthorne Millennium Chair Professorship in the Department of Educational Leadership and Higher Education at Boston College's Lynch School of Education and Human Development. Her research critically examines federal, state, and institutional education policies impacting low-income, underrepresented, and immigrant students across the K-20 pipeline through quantitative analysis of large-scale datasets.
