Stefan Korch

Stefan Korch is a Professor of Corporate Law, Capital Markets Law, and Bankruptcy Law at the University of Münster's Faculty of Law. He previously held roles as a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law (since 2017), Lecturer at Bucerius Law School (2018–2021), and Acting Professor at Leuphana University. His academic career includes a PhD from Duke Law School (2015) and habilitation (2022) focusing on M&A contracts.
