Jennifer Trinks

Jennifer Trinks is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Private Law. She holds a doctoral degree (Dr.) from Bucerius Law School and a post-doctoral degree (venia legendi) in civil law, commercial law, company law, capital markets law, and comparative law. Her research focuses on civil law, company law, and comparative legal systems.
