Laura Coordes serves as Professor of Law at Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, where she teaches Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, Advanced Bankruptcy, Secured Transactions, and Contracts. An active American Bankruptcy Institute member, she chairs the Insolvency Law Academy's Insolvency Scholars Forum and serves as Reporter for the Uniform Law Commission's Drafting Committee on Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors.
Her educational credentials include a J.D. with honors from The University of Chicago Law School (2010), where she was a Bradley Fellow and served on The University of Chicago Law Review, and a B.A. summa cum laude from New York University (2006).
