Stacey Jacobs is a Lecturer in the Department of Curriculum, Teaching & Learning at the University of Toronto's Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE). She concurrently operates as an Education Consultant through Clear Path Educational Consulting and serves as an Accreditation Consultant for Canadian Accredited Independent Schools (CAIS) and the International Baccalaureate (IB).
Her research centers on Executive Function Skills and Strategies, Teacher Education, and Mathematics Teaching and Learning, informed by 20+ years of classroom and leadership experience. As a qualified Principal and IB-trained Educator, she specializes in translating accreditation standards into practical teaching frameworks.
Stacey actively shapes educational practices through CAIS/IB accreditation leadership, educator workshops, and student advocacy. She teaches core MT program courses including Fundamentals of Teaching and Learning (7014) and Curriculum and Teaching in Mathematics (7002), emphasizing numeracy development and executive function integration.
Her advising role in the MT program involves cohort coordination and individualized faculty guidance, supporting future educators through curriculum design and classroom strategy development.
