Sonja Maria is an Associate Professor in Paramedicine at Charles Sturt University (CSU), with a focus on emergency healthcare, clinical guideline development, and gender studies. Her career spans roles as a critical care paramedic, senior manager, and academic, contributing to policy, education, and research.
