Sola Adesola is Senior Lecturer in International Organisations & Law at Oxford Brookes Business School, where she serves as EDI Lead and teaches corporate law and international management. She holds visiting professorships at Kigali Business School and Kwara State University.
Her research examines entrepreneurship education, university-industry knowledge transfer, women's academic entrepreneurship, and energy policy in African contexts. She has secured research grants from the British Council and Brookes University, and founded the Nigerian Enterprise Educators Network to advance entrepreneurship education.
Awarded Outstanding Achiever in Education (2014) and Best of Nigeria Education Award (2009), she publishes on gender entrepreneurship policies, industry-academic partnerships, and sustainable energy systems.
