Kemi Chukwuma-Nwuba is an Assistant Professor at the CBL International Centre for Transformational Entrepreneurship (ICTE). She holds a Doctorate in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship from the University of Northampton (2015–2019), focusing on the impact of entrepreneurship education on Nigerian graduates' intentions. Her research explores informal apprenticeship systems, sustainability transitions, and gender dynamics in entrepreneurship. She has collaborated on studies in South Africa and Nigeria, examining regime actors' roles in policy-driven initiatives.
