Snehasish Banerjee is a Professor in Marketing at the School for Business and Society, University of York. He previously held roles as Senior Lecturer and Lecturer in Marketing at the York Management School. His interdisciplinary research bridges technology and human behavior, focusing on digital marketing, fake news, online consumer behavior, and AI applications. He leads the Marketing, International Business and Entrepreneurship (MIBE) group and serves on the editorial board of Internet Research.
Education: PhD (Information Studies) and MSc (Information Systems) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore; B.Tech (Computer Science) from West Bengal University of Technology, India.
