Dr Siân Culley is a Royal Society University Research Fellow based at the Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine, School of Basic & Medical Biosciences, King's College London. She leads the Culley Group at the Randall Centre for Cell & Molecular Biophysics, focusing on advancing fluorescence microscopy through computational methods.

Research interests:
- Developing image analysis techniques for fluorescence microscopy
- Quantifying image quality metrics in live-cell imaging
- Using Schizosaccharomyces pombe as a model organism for standardized imaging
- Deep learning-based image restoration tailored to microscopy data
