Simone Penasa

Simone Penasa is an Associate Professor of Comparative Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Trento, Italy. His academic career spans over a decade, including roles as a Fixed-Term Fellow Researcher and Post-Doc Researcher. He specializes in Biolaw, Comparative Constitutional Law, Minority Rights, Health Law, and Legal Pluralism.

Penasa’s research focuses on the intersection of law, science, and technology, particularly in areas like surrogacy, artificial intelligence governance, and constitutional adjudication.
