Dr. Shynar Dyussembayeva is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Portsmouth, affiliated with the School of Strategy, Marketing and Innovation and the Centre of Excellence for Heritage Innovation. Her research focuses on consumer decision-making, service marketing, and tourism/hospitality contexts, employing quantitative and experimental methodologies.
