Shannon Lane is a Professor at the University of Connecticut School of Social Work and serves as the Director of the Nancy A. Humphreys Institute for Political Social Work. Since 2004, she has focused on social work academia, research, and advocacy, leading initiatives like the Campaign School for Social Workers, which trains social work professionals for political leadership roles.
