Shana Carroll is a Clinical Professor of Management & Organizations at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. She serves as Associate Chair of the department and Co-Director of the Leadership Development & Communications Program. Her roles include teaching in MBA, MSMS, and executive education programs, alongside leadership roles such as Senior Advisor to the Dean (2013-2016) and Academic Director of the Russell Fellows Program (2018-2021).
- Key initiatives: Global Hub branding, redesign of MSMS program, communications curriculum development
- Executive sponsor of Kellogg Black and African American Network (KBAN)
Education: MBA from NYU Stern (2006), BA in Political Science from Boston College (1997). Holds an executive coaching certificate. Previous roles include Chief of Staff at Kellogg (2010-2013) and Director of Communications at NYU Stern (2007-2010).
Research focuses on leadership development, organizational communication, and change management. Awards include the Sidney J. Levy Teaching Award and recognition as a top MBA professor by Poets & Quants.
