Eric Fridman is an Instructor in the MS in Learning and Organizational Change Program at Northwestern University's School of Education and Social Policy (SESP). With a 30-year career spanning marketing, communications, and strategy, he previously held senior roles at Northwestern, including assistant dean of marketing and communications for the Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences and managing director of marketing for the Kellogg School of Management. He earned a BA in European History from Denison University, an MA in Humanities from the University of Chicago, and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
His expertise includes leadership development, organizational change, and executive coaching. He co-teaches courses like 'Accelerating Learning and Performance' and 'Building Transformative Client Relationships' in the MSLOC program. He also serves as an MSLOC ILP coach and leadership coach for Kellogg's Executive MBA program.
Fridman volunteers with organizations such as The Chasing Hope Foundation (supportive housing for mentally ill children) and One Million Degrees (empowering low-income students). He is a board member of id8TE, a startup focusing on leadership transformation through wisdom practices.
