Dr. Seyed Hamidreza Serri is an Associate Professor of Security Studies at the University of North Georgia, affiliated with the Political Science & International Affairs department. His expertise spans Strategic & Security Studies, Foreign Policy Analysis, and Middle Eastern Politics, with methodological focus on Quantitative & Qualitative Text Analysis.
His recent publications address critical themes in international security, including the historical foundations of U.S. strategic preferences post-WWI, operational code analysis for strategic culture measurement, and military power dynamics in global politics. These works emphasize interdisciplinary approaches bridging political theory, historical analysis, and empirical methodologies.
