Patricia L. Sullivan is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her work focuses on military strategy, foreign policy, and conflict analysis. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of California, Davis (2004), specializing in international relations, comparative politics, and research methodology.
Her research examines the utility of military force, impacts of foreign military aid, and decision-making in conflict scenarios.
