Dr Henning Tamm is a Senior Lecturer at the School of International Relations, University of St Andrews. Previously, he held postdoctoral and predoctoral positions at Nuffield College (Oxford) and Yale University’s MacMillan Center. His academic journey includes a DPhil and MPhil from Oxford and a BA from the University of Tübingen.
