Sercan Karaman is a Researcher at Özyeğin University's Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Anadolu University in 2019 and is currently pursuing a thesis-based Master's degree at the same institution.
His professional research interests focus on Beverages and Sensory Analysis, aligning with his department's expertise in gastronomy. Outside academia, he enjoys music and chess.
