Alper ÇEVİK is a full-time Lecturer at Kastamonu University's Daday Nafi and Ümit Çeri Vocational School, specializing in Gastronomy, Tourism Management, and Tourism Marketing. He holds a PhD in Gastronomy from Istanbul Gelişim University (2020), a Master's in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from Adnan Menderes University (2017-2020), and a Bachelor's in Food and Beverage Management from Atatürk University (2007-2012).

Collaborating frequently with Elif Cemre Bozagcı, his work spans interdisciplinary studies at the intersection of culinary arts and tourism economics. He has taught 48 courses since 2014, covering topics like menu management, bakery techniques, and food science across associate and bachelor's degree programs.
