Seema Sureshkumar

Ms. Seema Sureshkumar serves as an Adjunct Professor at Le Moyne College, based in the W. Carroll Coyne Center for the Performing Arts, and is a distinguished Kathak dance guru renowned throughout Central New York for her contributions to Indian classical arts.

Her academic foundation includes:

• M.S. (Gold Medalist) from Banasthali University, Jaipur, India
• Post Honors Diploma in Kathak Dance from Banasthali University, Jaipur, India

Specializing in Kathak and folk/traditional dance forms, her expertise stems from rigorous training in India, competitive accolades at national/state levels, and decades of cultural preservation. She actively bridges classical Indian dance with contemporary Western education frameworks.
