Sean Adams is a Professor of New Testament and Ancient Culture at the University of Glasgow’s School of Critical Studies. His research focuses on the intersection of New Testament texts with Graeco-Roman literary traditions, particularly the works of Philo of Alexandria and ancient citation practices. He holds a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowship and the British Academy Rising Star Engagement Award. His work bridges biblical studies, ancient literature, and textual criticism.
