Scott Wilbur

Scott Wilbur is a Presidential Management Fellow at the US Department of the Treasury, with a PhD in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Southern California. His research focuses on the political economy of zombie firms, particularly in Japan's listed firms and SMEs, and the interplay between government and business in domestic and international contexts.
