Scarlett Wesley is an Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Studies at the University of Kentucky's Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment. She joined the department in January 2006 and holds leadership roles including Associate Editor for Book Essays for the Journal of Business Research and Membership Chairman of the American Collegiate Retailing Association.

Research Interests: Her work focuses on sustainable retailing practices, Hispanic consumer behavior, and global retail trends. She has conducted extensive studies on environmental sustainability in retail operations and consumer demographics in non-traditional markets like Kentucky. Her research integrates quantitative analysis with policy implications, emphasizing practical applications for businesses.

Professional Affiliations: Member of the International Textile and Apparel Association and American Collegiate Retailing Association. Holds a University of Kentucky Global Engagement Academy Certificate (2022).
