Sarah E. Livick-Moses is an Assistant Professor in the Philosophy/Theology Department at Gannon University, holding a PhD in Systematic Theology from Boston College. Her research examines mystical theology, Trinity/creation doctrines, and gender/sexuality through interdisciplinary lenses combining Orthodox sophiology, French psychoanalysis, and ecofeminist spirituality.
Since 2023, she collaborates with Pro Oriente Foundation's international research group on 'Healing of Wounded Memories' between Catholic and Orthodox communities in Eastern Europe. Her trauma-informed approach contributes to developing an 'Orthodox Theology of Social Peace,' with related publications forthcoming.
Livick-Moses teaches Foundations of Theology and Morality (THEO 101) and Theology of Marriage and Sexuality (THEO 233). She holds memberships in the American Academy of Religion, Mystical Theology Network, International Orthodox Theological Association, Catholic Theological Society of America, and Orthodox Theological Society of America.
