Dr. Jeremy Pilch is currently the Head of the School of Theology at St Mary's University, Twickenham. He serves as Programme Director for the BA in Theology, Religion, and Ethics, as well as the new BA in Theological Studies. His teaching spans Systematic Theology, Mariology, Orthodox Mystical Theology, Theological Anthropology, Christian Ethics, Ecclesiology, and Eastern Christianity.

Research Interests:
Jeremy Pilch's research focuses on Russian theological traditions, particularly the doctrine of deification in the works of Vladimir Solov’ev, which forms the basis of his 2018 monograph. His expertise extends to ecumenism, Catholic-Orthodox reunion efforts, and the intersections of theocracy, freedom, and divine-humanity in Eastern Christian thought. He has also contributed to studies on Slavophile intellectual traditions and church unity.
Publications and Contributions:
Pilch has published a monograph and several peer-reviewed articles analyzing the theological and intellectual relationships between Vladimir Solov’ev, Evgenii Trubetskoi, and Russian Slavophiles.
