Dr Sarah Brooks is a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at the University of Sheffield Management School, where she also serves as Academic Lead for Employability. She is an ICF and EMCC accredited coach with a private practice called Powerful Dreaming. Her career includes 17 years as an industry practitioner in operations and change management roles across public and private sectors in the UK, Europe, and Australia.
