Paul Stokes is an Associate Professor of Coaching & Mentoring at the Department of Management within Sheffield Business School, part of Sheffield Hallam University. His academic career spans over 25 years, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and leadership development. He co-founded one of the UK's first Masters courses in Coaching & Mentoring (accredited by EMCC) and serves as Business & Enterprise Portfolio Lead.
