Vincent Traynor

Vincent Traynor is an Associate Professor of Change Leadership in the Department of Management at Sheffield Hallam University's College of Business, Technology and Engineering. He specializes in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational change. His work integrates four core areas: educational program design, executive coaching, professional supervision, and standards development. He holds multiple professional accreditations, including Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Global Master Practitioner Executive Coach (EMCC).
