Ana Paula Nacif is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Professional Psychology within the University of East London's School of Childhood and Social Care. As a module leader for the Master of Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology program, she combines academic leadership with extensive practical experience in executive coaching and organizational development. Certified as an EMCC Master Practitioner, ICF Professional Certified Coach, and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, she specializes in coaching for wellbeing, inclusion, and leadership development.
Her research interests span group coaching dynamics, positive psychology interventions, and ethical frameworks for coaching vulnerable populations. Publications highlight her focus on wellbeing coaching standards, digital coaching adaptations during the pandemic, and inclusive coaching models. Key collaborations include work with the NHS, National Lottery Community Fund, and Clore Social Leadership.
