Clotilde Tesón Ruiz is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Barcelona, and serves as an invited professor in Change Management, Talent Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and International HR Strategies at institutions including IL3, UOC, EAE, ESIC, and UIC. Concurrently, she holds the role of Talent & Culture, CSR, and Environment Director for Europe and Asia at DRAXTON (automotive industry) and founded CT GROUP – COACHING the TRANSFORMATION, focusing on HR transformation support and executive coaching.
