Trish Candler

Trish Candler is a Lecturer in Executive Education at the University of Louisville's College of Business. With over 30 years of experience in learning and development, her expertise spans organizational development strategies, leadership coaching, and talent pipeline building. She holds certifications in DISC, Driving Forces, Emotional Intelligence, and is an International Enneagram Association Accredited Professional.

Education: BBA in Business Administration from Northwood University and MA in Spirituality from Bellarmine University.

Research & Leadership: Created award-winning customized development programs and a globally accredited internal coaching framework. Served as President of Louisville Society for Human Resource Management (LSHRM) and currently chairs the Compassion Reset Advisory Committee to promote workplace compassion.

Achievements: Recognized as a top HR professional in Louisville and holds dual coaching credentials (RCC™ and ChBC™) from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
