Margaret Reichert serves as an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Leadership at Palm Beach Atlantic University's Catherine T. MacArthur School, specializing in Organizational Leadership for undergraduate students. With over 20 years of Human Resources experience spanning marine technology, aviation, and healthcare sectors, she teaches both traditional and adult learners while maintaining active industry engagement.

• Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from State University of New York at Albany

Reichert's professional expertise centers on practical HR applications including Career Development, Workplace Diversity training, and HR Management systems.
