Bruce Boucher is a Senior Lecturer and Director of the Professional Master of Human Resource (MSHR) program at Utah State University's Huntsman School of Business. He holds a BS in International Relations from Brigham Young University (1984) and an MS in Human Resource Management from Utah State University (2012). His roles include teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in HR strategy, leadership, talent management, and international HR contexts.

Advising and professional activities include executive coaching and consulting for companies on HR practices. He has presented internationally on HR topics and is a certified DiSC facilitator and Predictive Index trainer. His career includes three years as President of the LDS Church’s Puerto Rico San Juan Mission.
