Steve Milovich is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Management at the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, Utah State University. He retired from The Walt Disney Company in 2018 after holding senior HR executive roles, transitioning to academia, consulting, and executive coaching. He currently leads Milovich Partners, advises The Boston Consulting Group, and serves as an Executive in Residence at Huntsman School. His expertise spans human resources strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
